Actually feeling positive and happy about starting wt. loss journey

Hi Everyone!

This is another weight loss journey for me. Between Summer 2014 and Spring 2015, I lost 65 pounds. I stopped tracking late spring. Gained 10 pounds between then and now. But, it's okay. Because I'm starting again. I want to lose 50 pounds this time.

Right now, I feel really positive. I feel happy about paying attention to my weight and body structure.(makes me wonder why I stopped?)

I have a diet plan in place - in terms of my meal structure - breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. I like that I can customize my meal structure in MFP.

I need to seriously start my exercise program, tho. I find the winter is cold and it makes me lazy.
