I've not exercised as much as I would have like to but have struggled with motivation as the weather has really put me off. I still did bits at home and it's still paid off but the aim is to get fitter and lose weight through jogging/running. So tomoro I'm going for my scheduled 25min jog whether it's raining n windy or not

    Successes/struggles this week: My biggest struggle will be to get active again. I had a great first week of December, but I let myself get lazy and make excuses. While I know I don't need to exercise to lose weight, I also know how much better I feel when I do. My boyfriend and I have planned our first vacation together for June, and I want to feel great when I step out on the beach in a bikini.

    I'm starting 2016 16lbs lighter and I owe a huge chunk of my success to MFP and this challenge. Thank you all for holding me accountable!
