I seem to be low on protein almost every day. The days I get enough protein I tend to go over on fat. What are some good ways to add protein without adding too much fat?

    Chicken
    Cottage cheese
    Greek yogurt
    Steak
    Protein powder
    Milk
    Beans
    Tempah
    Eggs
    Egg whites
    Fish
    Seafood

Fat isn't a bad thing if its from a healthy source.

Skinless chicken , white non oily fish are both good value . Beans , chickpeas not too bad as well as lentils and soy/ tofu.
Very lean cuts of beef and pork are a higher in fat but excellent sources as well.turkey breast meat with skin removed is also good.

I'd look at veggie protein sources, too - soy, amaranth, and quinoa are full proteins, like meat is. Chia and other seeds are partial proteins and some of them are not too high in fat.

Thanks. I'll look into that. I've never had quinoa and I didn't even think about seeds.

Optimum nutrition double rich chocolate is clearly the best flavor. I'm not sure how I could sustain my high protein diet without this supplement. It super easy to make. You can add fruit and all kinds of stuff to make it a meal replacement, and it doesn't add a ton of calories and sugar. All the food mentioned above is good, but the powder helps me fill in the gaps for my macros.
