New Year's Day and I have learnt NEVER again will I eat so much in one day again

    I Felt this way on Christmas Day. However, today I am under my 2010 calorie goal by 443 calories. It's a holiday, though, so no need to worry about the calories.

    Defo I decided that I can't eat like that again I felt awful and still do I can't wait for a long walk and a salad tomorrow xx

    I guess I missed the tradition of eating a lot for New Year's. I just eat a lot for thanksgiving and Christmas (and the days surrounding them)

    The thing is you may not have eaten as much as you think. Overeating to me this January is a lot different than it was last January. I am simply not able to eat as much. I can eat half as much as I did before and feel like I overate.

    Even if you did over do it, don't worry about it. It was just one day.

    It's a good learning experience. The trick is to remember that overly full feeling when a major indulgence opportunity presents itself.

    It's true that as you progress, you feel much fuller on less food. Win.
