Realise that you need to change yourself more than you need to go on a diet for a while if you are going to stick at this and succeed:-) MFP can help you do this - it is why for me dieting and calorie counting by itself doesn't work but macro counting and social interaction on MFP does. I am a different person with a different worldview after being on here for a while. I needed it :-) . Good luck. If you want to add me feel free :-)0
