Hi all,
I tried this once before and did fairly well, but wasn't ready to lose weight, if you know what I mean. I'm still not sure I'm ready, but my doc tells me I kinda hafta be and recommended My Fitness Pal, so here I am.
I know it can work if I can stick to it. It's that way with most diet plans.
Here's hoping I am in the right frame of mind to make it work!
