            Fortified soy milk & nutritious yeast, which is delish. Its not hard, you just need to be organized0

            Yep, nutritional yeast is packed with the stuff.
 Very versatile too, you can make a great ' cheesy ' spread by adding it to pale misoand a few other things.0
