Hi everyone, so yesterday I found this awesome article about TDEE and BMR, does anyone know where to find it? It talked about realistic numbers and that people often use too low of a number and that the body tends to stop metabolizing due to "starvation mode." It had good links which I wanted to use, but sadly I can't find it!!! ughhh.

There are many of these articles out there, *most* of them will provide the same information. Google what you're looking for and read through a few different articles to get a good grasp on everything. More than likely you'll run into that very article while doing this.0

You can find good links in mfp by going to the group "eat more 2 weigh less"0

A great article doesn't claim "starvation mode" ... a great article explains why it is a fallacy.0
