I am starting to eat right as am over 400 pounds and just got high blood pressure. I was told I should be on vitamin d3 as my anxiety won't allow me outside very often. What vitamins supplements do you all recommend. Thanks

I take Vit D3 also. I take magnesium 500 mg, and potassium 99 mg every day. I also started doing green shakes, because I don't get enough veggies in my diet. It really aides in the weight loss. I have low thyroid issues, and have had a lot of trouble getting the weight off. The shakes really help. I get the medicine shoppe brand of green powder to add to my smoothies and drinks. I drink one glass a day. It seems to help me. I also started walking, slow at first, and then as I lost weight I was able to walk farther and farther. I am up to 5 miles a day. I never thought I would ever be able to do that, but here I am. It just takes starting, a little at a time. If your anxiety is to high to go out, start in the house. It will keep getting better. Good luck with your progress.0

My recommendation is to have your doctor run blood tests to see what vitamins you are deficient in. No sense in taking a vitamin that you have adequate amounts of (just make very expensive urine). Once you find out, ask your doctor what dose you should be taking of the ones you are deficient in. Also-when purchasing vitamins pay attention to the bottle to ensure you are getting a quality product.0 -
Assuming a doctor has told you to take D3 (did they mention how many IUs?), most big name brands should be fine. Nature Made and NOW are two bigger brands that are generally trustworthy. Eating plenty of leafy greens will help you out too.0

I take a one a day vitamin. It also contains other vitamins like B's that can help with mood and perhaps anxiety. It will contain vitamin d.0

Please be careful with the potassium. To much on bored can cause cardiac issues. If you already are aware please forgive me for intruding.0 -
