21 Day Fix- Hard Boiled Eggs question??

How many hard boiled eggs are equal to the protein container n 21 day fix? I really do NOT want to shove the eggs into the container. They won't be very appetizing after that.

    Maybe shove them in once then you will know for all future hard boiled egg days.

    Gently set the raw eggs in and see about how many fit. you can probably add one to that amount.

    One reason I'm not a fan that program, the containers are poor proxies for portion management since some foods are "chunkier" than others. They compensate for this by setting portions that are purposefully lower than necessary to allow for the inherent variations.

    But since you bought into the container thing, you can always change the shape of the egg to better fit. Try an egg slicer or dicing the eggs to better use the space.

    21 day fix states that 2 whole eggs equals one red container. I did the program for a while but decided I'd rather count the calories and eat what and how I want.
