Dairy, artificial sweetener, soy and legume free

Hello, all! I am looking for some fellow limited-diet friends here on MFP. These restrictions are new to me and I am still trying to get my arms around it. I have used MFP before and loved the support and accountbility. I have recently gained about 10 lbs and would like to lose it, but my main goal is to get my eating habits on track and get used to this new way of eating. Hope to hear from you!

    I don't do dairy or grains... Lactose intolerant and carb-aholic. I usually follow the paleo diet (no grains, dairy, soy, legumes, sugar..). Nice to meet you. I'll add you!

    I just started paleo on the 1st. You can add me
    ....I'm trying my best. Gained back 6 I have 41 to go. Total weight lost 159 with MFP 55.
