Below the food diary is a way to track by the cup. An American cup is 240 ml.
If you want to track more exact amounts along with your food, just enter it as an item within the food diary. I think municipal tap water is already an item in the database. You could use one of your meal slots (there are 6 total slots available) just for hydration if you wish.0 -
I'm on mobile, and I don't have a spot in the diary for water... could it be some place else?0

on my mobile app, it has the big + icon at the bottom, when pressed the second circle (left to right) is water.0

On MFP app for Android, there is a big plus sign on the bottom of the home page screen - a FAB (floating action button) - that you can tap to add different things, including water. On the Diary page, in the upper right, there is a big plus sign, when you tap that, scroll to the bottom to find the water function.0
