So many people make an open-ended New Year's resolution to "lose weight," or "be healthy."

But, let's be honest, those goals are so non-specific that hardly anyone sticks to them!

But 3 weeks with a specific result, we can stick to that!

Join me! I am committing to 3 straight weeks of logging in My Fitness Pal and hitting my goal. And exercising at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes.

The best way to change your life is one little goal at a time! Let's do it together! Who's with me?

    I'm in. Logging is my biggest downfall. When I do, I stay on track. When I don't, well, I don't.

    I'm in!! I find it much easier to stick to healthy eating when I log my food! I also want to hit my 10,000 steps a day with my Fitbit!

    I'm in. I know I am up from vacation. Traveling home tomorrow and will not get in my walking but plan to eat within calorie goal. Been terrible. Took a break while on vacation. Lots of great food and beverages but now must STOP with all the over indulgences.

    I don't want to gain back this weight I have worked so hard to lose. Plus headed to Florida in two weeks. Got to be able to wear my small summer clothes.

    1. Ask for God's help each day to reach my goals
    2. . Log everything and stick to calorie goals one meal at a time
    3. Exercise 1 hour, 5 days per week
    4. Finish Ab Challenge and start something new

    I'm in, I could use another challenge :)

    Goals for the next 3 weeks
    1. Log every day
    2. 65,000 step average each week for next 3 weeks
    3. drink more water!

    I'm in. Need to focus on healthy eating, specifically low carb to get to competition weight. I'm in a good zone with training so the exercise is easy for me right now. Logging and sticking to my food goals is what I need to work on. Let's do this!

    What a fabulous idea! Agreed, 3 weeks is doabe.

    My goals for the next 3 weeks:
    1) -750k deficit a day
    2) Weigh and measure ALL food
    3) TA method strength 21/21 days

    I'm in! 3 weeks is perfect, had my youngest sons bday last night and then my middle sons bday in 23 days. Things have been going well so far the last three days, other than my youngest sons bday last, but I have been in control, and have had no soda, so I think this will go well for me!
