I'm nearing maintenance, so setting out NSGs is really important. So far, this is what I want to do:
    1. Learn to do center splits
    2. Do one-armed push-ups
    3. Develop a strong core with at least a 4-pack
    4. Run a 5k in under 30 minutes

For 2016 - tried to make them very quantifiable/measurable:

    [ ] ≥10 Consecutive Dead-Hang Pull-Ups
[ ] ≥1 Full Range, Good Form/Balance "Pistol," each leg
    [ ] ≥5 Minute Plank
    [ ] “Reference Run” (est. 1.5 Miles) ≤ 10 Minutes
[ ] Able to stand on Stability Ball ≥1 minute

    1. I have a fat roll on my right side that makes my bra roll up about 183 times a day. I want it gone. I want to wear a bra without rollage. That's really my main weight loss goal
    2. I dont want to have to worry about the weight limit on things
    3. I dont want to worry about having someone fatter than me in pics so im not it.

I wanted to update because I've met two of mine and am closer to the third:

    These are great!

    1. Do an unassisted pull up. I finally got brave enough to try the assisted pull up machine last week and am more than half way to my goal weight.
I'm not there yet but closer - I've moved steadily up the stack and am only using 35 lbs of assistance now. I will get there.

    2. I want to be able to steal clothes from my daughter's closet and wear them. Our styles don't really match but I'd like to know I could.
I did this just this morning for the first time! I work from home so generally get to dress in whatever but I had a client meeting today for the first time since I've lost a lot of weight. Fortunately I had a black dress that I could wear but it was sleeveless so I thought I should wear something over it for an office meeting. I rummaged around my daughter's room and found a white cardigan - threw it on and it fit fine!!!

    3. I want to wear jeans again. Not fat jeans that stretch, plain old Levis. It's probably been 20 years since I could.
I did this one in December when I ventured out to Old Navy to see if their biggest size (18) would fit. It didn't but a 14 did!! I just bought a pair of size 6 jean shorts. I, me, will be wearing shorts this summer. I can't believe it.

Anyone else have updates to their NSGs?
