i only do core on my recovery week cause i am doing classic..now they have it alot on the lean version here is the schedule
weeks 1-3
day 1: Core synergistic
day 2: cardio-x
day 3: shoulders and arms, ab ripper
day 4: yoga x
day 5: legs & back,ab ripper
day 6: kenpo x
day 7 rest or x stretch
week (recovery week)
day 1: yoga x

i burned around 400 to 420 doing core..but i think men have a higher cal burn then women so i dont know if you would wanna use that...but in the books it said some can burn up to 600 calories but i wouldnt use that lol0

Well did some research 500-600 because its aerobic high impact and low impact.0
