Started off so well then we get a Chinese and boom.
Tasted nice but tummy is gurgling now!

    Nothing wrong with a cheeky Chinese from time to time. Can't beat a good pancake roll. As has been said above, not everyday needs to be perfect, be accountable, log that tasty meal and onwards.

    I feel ya bro! I have done the SAME thing. I LOVE Chinese..especially buffets. lol drop down, do about 50 pushups, and go for an hour brisk walk and come back..the only easy day was yesterday.

    That has always been my problem..falling off the wagon and then getting too discouraged to continue. DONT LET IT HAPPEN. Log it and start fresh.

    fking chinese makes me hate myself lol so much msg and grease. the only thing i can get from there is like steamed chicken and broccoli or stuffed tofu or braised fish/shrimp.
