If you did a 180 with the types of foods you regularly eat, it can stem from a changeover in your gut's flora. The populations of bacteria that were good at handling your old diet are decreasing in population while the bacteria that are good at handling your new diet are struggling to keep up. Soon they'll increase in number and your issues will likely resolve.

Digestive upset is incredibly common when people suddenly begin eating extremely different foods or very different quantities of foods.

I have IBS and have a few issues if I increase fibre excessively - I also have to avoid fruit as fructose causes me a problem too. I live on small portions of dull food haha. I adore fruit, it doesn't like me much.

Simplify the smoothie to rule out what it is in it causing issues.

Try almond milk and banana first day, then gradually try each one ingredient then add yogurt back in. Probably is yogurt (lactose issues) banana or the kale. Try cutting back on amount of kale like a half leaf.
