Yesterday morning I had a slice of toast with flora 140 cals. Today I shared a wild bean cheese and ham toaster with my boss bloody lovely !! So basically I had one slice of toast and cheese and ham and the food tracker says that my half of this is 156 cals how can it only be 14 calls more?? Am I missing something?

Did you build the recipe for the food today or pick an entry listing it? Is "flora" butter?0

How are you logging this? Are you logging the toast and the toppings separately?0

Flora is margarine, correct? Was it the same type of bread?
How did you determine how much ham and cheese you ate?0 -
Hi there is an entry for slice of toast100 cals and there iS a separate entry fir toast with flora which is,what I had yes it's margarine. The wild bean cheese, and ham toaster is also in the food tracker list and I had half of it cant work it out at all ?? So hope that's answers your questions can you work it out? If you type toast and flora you'll see 140 and if you type wild bean cheese and ham it will come up with the toaster of which I had half0

You need to look up the individual ingredients and enter them that way. For example, you'd find the appropriate bread entry (e.g., Arnold's brand country white) and enter the quantity. Then look up Flora brand margarine and enter the quantity. A generic toast entry is worthless because you're not accounting for different types of bread, thicknesses of bread, etc.0

Thank you but I will have to go with the branded item of only 156 so I'm hoping the other item will b a lot less!0

The type of bread can make a huge difference. Right now in my house I have 2 loaves of store bought sliced bread. One is 120 calories per slice and the other is 45 calories per slice.0

Not the best idea
I reckon nutter on toast, unweighed is probably around 180 (a tsp of butter is a real scraping..so I bet it was more like two)
The toastie more like 430- 600
2 slices bread ...210 - 290
Butter ...80
Cheese ...80-150
Ham...600 -

I'm not sure where you are but I'm looking at this nutrition info sheet and not seeing any sandwiches in the 300 calorie range.
