Today's challenge is: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 350 of them.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I did P90X Ab Ripper this am. Although they do 349 ab movements, I did 200. 150 left for after work!0

Woohoo 350 crunches done!!! It was NOT easy. I first decided I was going to do 5 sets of 70, but after the second one I had to break them up to smaller sets haha. My abs will be sore tomorrow for sure!0

350 COMPLETED!! This may be something I do daily!!! I completed them in two sets of 1500

Completed!! I did 350 butterfly crunches and 350 normal crunches.....definitely killed my abs >.<0
