Hello Everyone

Hi Everyone,

I'm not new here but I just found out about the forum and thought I would introduce myself.

I used to be 250 pounds. I got down to 165 in two years. Just recently I gained 30 pounds in a year due to stress from working full time and getting my masters. I didn't eat, sleep or exercise, as well. As a result I am feeling really down on myself. I want to get back to being 170 and just wanted to make some friends who are on a similar path.

    Hey! I'm in a similar boat. Was 240 down to 180. Now I weigh 197. If WE were able to cut that much before this will be easy. No soda, no fast food and no eating after 730. EZ!
