How do I get rid of a profile picture that won't delete?

I recently changed my profile picture & it works on my page but once it pops up on the news feed page, the old picture is still there. If I post on there, it still shows up but changes back on my profile page. I even deleted it from my picture file & it's still there. Is there a place between my profile page & the main page where I can go & delete it? It's confusing & annoying!

    Your Profile page is on the main MFP servers and the photo you choose is copied over to the Community Message Boards hosted by Vanilla Forums. It can take up to 24 hours for any change to propagate from one server to the other.

    If it doesn't eventually change, I would recommend you open a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help pages (yet another server!)...

    Thanks! May I ask another question? When I add foods to my page on here it does not show on my smarter-than-me phone. Any idea why?

    Check to see that your user account on the app is the same as your user account on the Web - I have seen people mistakenly create two similar accounts and have one on the Web and another on their mobile device. If they are the same, then try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it from the app store.

    Ohhh, thanks again...I am so computer illiterate it's not funny. Can I bother you one more time? My profile picture is now showing up in my news feed but the "end-of-day" postings from my friends are not. It seems I now have a different problem. Can you help?

    There have been multiple issues with the News Feed for a few weeks, which MFP has been working to fix.
