These are my favorite. Healthy but definitely not low in calories. I tried substituting half of the coconut oil in the cookie base with unsweetened applesauce and it worked great.

Chocolate banana icecream: Frozen banana, 10ml of milk (if needed for consistency), tablespoon of cocoa, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Blend it all together, top with some berries or nuts and enjoy :)

    The Protein Chef's Protein Cheesecake.

I believe it's 1000 calories for the whole cake (and it's BIG) it's make with Quark, sweeteners and protein powder.

Incredible macros (not really packed with nutrients but what desert is?)

It's a tie between a cup of frozen blueberries or a banana with chocolate syrup (what my two year calls "candy nanas").

All the dessert flavored Greek yogurts. Key lime, choc mousse. It's def a good flavor without all the guilty calories.

Today I had some 7oz of full fat Greek yogurt with half a scoop of vanilla protein powder and some blackberries. Very rich and satisfying and honestly not far off from cheesecake, for only 250 calories.

Vanilla Greek yogurt mixed with frozen berries and chocolate protein powder. Mix and eat or freeze for an ice cream like consistency. (May need to add a little bit of water to completely mix protein powder)

Fill mini muffin liners with your favorite granola about 1/3 of the way. Top it with vanilla flavored Greek yogurt, and diced strawberries. It tastes like cheesecake, and hits the spot whenever you get the urge to go for that carton of ice cream.

I also make Greek yogurt dipped blueberries and keep them in the freezer. Super yum. :)

I love Greek Gods yogurt. It's so thick and creamy. I buy the plain and sweeten it with a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup and add fresh berries or nuts. Delicious!

I just mixed 1/2 cup full fat plain yogurt with a snack pack chocolate fudge pudding and it was creamy and yummy. I thought after the fact some raspberries might be good in it too. I might have that for a late night snack. It was a nice sized snack.

It wasn't really sweet which is perfect for me, but someone else might prefer a vanilla yogurt instead of plain. Mine had 240 calories total but depending on your pudding and your yogurt choices it could be less.
