Ok, I figured we'd count today as our "start day" since it's only been a few days Of course, if you've lost any in those few days, you're more than welcome to count them towards the challenge. Just be sure to have a specific start weight and goal weight in mind.

I SHOULD make my overall goal weight of 135 by Valentine's Day! I'm also excited because my Birthday is a few days after :happy:0 -

I would love to join this challenge!! I can't put my starting weight until monday or tuesday when i get to the gym where I weigh myself. However, my goal is to lose 5 lbs. I am nervous about this since it is the start of a new semester and always a stressful few weeks for me getting into a new routine. I love these challenges though and am hoping to keep on track!0

I so want to do this! I just joined myfitnesspal and I have been slacking so I think this is exactly what I need to jumpstart my weight loss and workout routine. I'd like to lose 7lbs by Valentine's Day.
