Recently I have fallen off the wagon and gained some weight, although it wasn't much, it was enough for me to notice. I quickly fell into a depression-like state and I was laying in bed everyday, all day for about a month. Although I find it hard to get out of bed most days, I am on my fourth day of trying to be more active and eating better. It has been really difficult this far and I have gained more weight in the last week even with the exercise and all... I am hoping it is just my body getting ready for change.... If anyone would like a buddy I would love to encourage you along, I think it could help me too. My goal is 15 lbs, however, I am more interested in how I feel versus the scale.

    Kayla- I saw your post just now and hope you can find encouragement here. Getting activity in may be just the ticket to clearing the fog and helping you stay positive... have you ever tried a gratitude journal? msg me if you want to chat Holly
