When to eat?

Hi
I always seem to save the majority of my calories so I can have dinner and a little dessert or treat after. I enjoy this and look forward to it during the day. But I have an active job and would eating most of my calories AFTER I have finished work be a bad thing for my weight loss?

    Nope.... Eat when you like! I do the same, more than half my calories are eaten after 7pm!

    I do exactly the same, and it works for me. Meal timing is irrelevant.

    Eat Ur calories later in the day, you'll have a way easier time not going on a eating binge later and going way past your recommended calorie intake.
