Hi! My name is Kristen and I have been the host of 16 long term weight loss challenges, here on MFP, and now it's time to get ready for the next one! This new challenge is "Let Yourself Transform!" and goes for 11 weeks. It is from January 11 to March 28. Our weigh ins will be on Mondays (closing each week at noon CA time and re-opening every Thursday). You can weigh in early also (Thursday – Sunday) so our first weigh in starts on January 7!
I'm a really informal host. The group will be pretty easy going, with a great mix of people posting and supporting each other along our weight loss journey. We won't have pressure either! Just accountability.

It's weigh in day! My current weight is 152.3 I have lost 1 pound in the last week.
My mini goals were as follows:
-Lose 10 plus pounds lost one pound so far
-go down one jean size Not yet
-Get to the gym 4 to 6 times a week 5 times last week
- All workout 45 minutes yes plus my daily steps
- 10,000 steps per day on my fitbit yes and plus some days
- Currently weight 153.3 152.3
- Cut out sugar by 70% yes
- No cocktails for the month of January Dry so far
Hope everyone is doing well. The first week is always the easiest for me, so here I go. Looking forward to seeing everyone's results. Keep up the good work all.

5.5 # loss for a two week period
goals is to get well. terrible cold and cough. unable to do much movement. would like to increase my steps this week but will have to see how it goes.
