Hi All - going to a Jewish deli tonight for dinner with the family. Any thoughts on what the healthiest options might be? Thanks for your input! Beth

They are not all the same like a pizza place would be.
Often they have lovely salad options.
Maybe call ahead.

But if I had the ability to plan my day I'd get matzoh ball chicken soup and half a pastrami sandwich. Yum.

Thanks for your replies. It's so cold here a cup of matzo ball soup sounds perfect.0
