I'm falling short.....please help

Thank you for taking time out of your day and ready this. So I've been doing MFP for about 2 months now and I'm falling short. I've lost about 2lbs and gained and ughhhh. Really need some support...Thank you and goodbye

How are you "falling short"? What is your plan for weight loss? What are your trouble spots?

Are you exercising? That would mean building muscle, and it weighs more than fat. How does your body feel, your clothes fit? I gain weight yet lose inches when I exercise and watch my food.0

Yeah thanks. The last month has been really tough but hey, its a new year0 -
It's so much easier without parties and holiday food around! Just measure and log consistently and it should be easier to figure out from here on out
I still have unexplained weight from the holidays, but it's now my ToM, so maybe that's what's up. The thing is that I know I logged well, so I'm confident it's probably nothing (I've been doing this a while). It was hard logging foods others made (or even some I made the way I cook, lol), so that's a pitfall of the season. But it sure was yummy!
