I'm scared of big dark masses of water at night. For some reason crossing bridges at night gives me chills.

    That would be irrational. I have been on cruises abd boats. It's just if I have to jump in I can't. I have jumped in the pool twice because me son wanted ne to but it's hard. It's like I become paralysed and stand at the edge unable to move

    Every time I get on an elevator I pray to God it doesn't free fall. When I was younger I used to have this recurring dream where I would get on this particular elevator and as soon as I stepped inside, it would fall. That's where I got my fear of elevators.

    •the dark (more of a dislike than a fear but still valid)
    •stranger dogs (if I don't know whether they've been trained not to jump on strangers)
    •something happening to a loved one
    •something terrible happening to me
    I could go on and on!
