Hi, I started using this app months ago but lost heart. I am not overweight by any means but am self conscious of my remaining "baby pouch".
I eat well, quite healthy but not strict, I have gone from being a 1-2 bottles of wine a week drinker to almost none (just a social drinker now) and with 3 kids that's not very often.
I only want to lose my belly fat as I am quite slim elsewhere so any tips would be appreciated.

    Ugh. Wine is one of my weaknesses! I, too have 3 kids, which may account for the wine. :p

    Wine is definitely a big factor, as soon as Friday came around it was always a bottle of wine or two over the weekend. As soon as I cut it out I noticed a major difference, the bloatedness went and I started to see a tummy and not a balloon. I just have a drink occasionally now and would like like to stick to that.
