    I ate at a deficit :)

I took up kick boxing twice a week.
Lifted weights sporadically, should have been more consistent.
Focused on protein, getting enough dragged the others into line more or less.
Didn't get too focused or demotivated by gains or loses, looked at weight loss over the past month, quarter, so a gain this week didn't matter if I lost previously.
Did really exclude anything, just something's I found aren't worth it for the calories, still ate pizza, etc just not a whole pizza which would be 1200 cal on its own.

Anything else you want to know?

Had a dexa scan, apparently 13.5% body fat. Looks like its time to move to maintenance.

Also my bone density is good too

Well that's my main goal weight achieved.

Just a hair above a healthy BMI.

Time to get onto maintenance I guess.

Well it's been about a month of trying to maintain my weight, still appear to be losing, but I feel it's still too early to worry.
