I know there is no exact number for this, but does anyone what the average calories burned count is for a Camp Gladiator class (1 hr)?

    I haven't really found a good answer. I estimate 400 for MFP which may be on the low end, especially during HIIT week. But I figured it was better to estimate a little low than high.
