Need to lose 40!

I am on day 4 of a total lifestyle change! I have started slowly eliminating things from my diet such as caffeine, sugar, and alcohol.....help me stay motivated??

    I was just at my halfway point, with 40 pounds to go. Put on 5 over Christmas though.

    Im day 8, the first few days I suffered horrendous headaches, but since I have cut out all the above and darted having more fruit and veg, I feel good. Stick with it :smile:

    I am on Day 4 as well! I lost 40 lbs in 2015 using MyFitnessPal preparing for a friend's wedding and succeeded but gained 10 back during summer vacation and Christmas. But I'm down 3 lbs already. My goal is to lose 20 lbs+. It is so much easier with a "buddy." Feel free to add me.
