Yesterday marked 2 years since I started my weight loss journey. They say it's harder to keep it off than to lose it. For me it's actually been easier. Yes there are days where I have trouble and indulge. But to be honest when you finally decide you truly want to change. Then you've won half the battle. You will find a way.

Great Job!! How did you get motivated? My husband is always talking about doing it but then just eat & snacks like crazy Idk what to do to help him he is 430 lbs & having trouble with his knees etc.. I'm worried about his health0

One thing I've learned is no one can do it but him. I was motivated by my son. When I realized if I didn't change he would end up the same way.Great Job!! How did you get motivated?
