Tired of the Yo-yo weight

I need to loose more than 60 since I am obese with a BMI of 34%. My main frustration is the dieting and meal planning. I am a stress eater which makes it even more difficult to control meal intake. Hope I can get some much deserved tough love!

    I feel your pain. I'm 48 and have been yo yo dieting since I was a sophmore in High School. The mental toll is the worst part of it. The past two years have been good for me I have kept 40 lbs off for 1-1/2 years, I'm back to losing, 20 lb to go, the goal is to keep it off and to continue diligence at the gym.
