New to the App!

Hey guys! My name is Megan, and I am a college student! It is hard being a biology major and working out consistently. As of now, I am not looking to lose a lot of weight. As of now about 15 pounds. I am looking for any tips and ideas you guys may have on keeping consistency and motivation. I usually start out strong a few months, then completely go the other direction with my diet! Thanks for reading, good luck to everyone! :)

I've been working out consistently for about ten years. My strategy is to always have a goal that I'm pursuing such as a running race or triathlon. I love competing and I want to win so always having a race on my schedule. This motivates me to workout everyday.

I do have issues with making the best choices on my nutrition though. I need to buckle down on the choices I make for meals or snacks.

    I hope this helps.
