Hey guys! My name is Megan, and I am a college student! It is hard being a biology major and working out consistently. As of now, I am not looking to lose a lot of weight. As of now about 15 pounds. I am looking for any tips and ideas you guys may have on keeping consistency and motivation. I usually start out strong a few months, then completely go the other direction with my diet! Thanks for reading, good luck to everyone!

I've been working out consistently for about ten years. My strategy is to always have a goal that I'm pursuing such as a running race or triathlon. I love competing and I want to win so always having a race on my schedule. This motivates me to workout everyday.
I do have issues with making the best choices on my nutrition though. I need to buckle down on the choices I make for meals or snacks.
I hope this helps.0 -
