Recap: Day 1: 90 minutes, water met Day 2: 50 minutes, water met, Day 3: Rest Day, Water Met, Day 4: 90 minutes, water met Day 5: 30 minutes, water met, Day 6: 50 minutes, water met.
Day 7 was a rest day for me, but I did meet my water intake. So for week 1 I have:
5/7 days at least 30 minutes of exercise. 7/7 days Water intake met.
Looking forward to the next week and continuing to meet the challenge. I like what I'm doing here with Wednesday and Sunday rest days, a few days of shorter exercise, and a few days with more exercise. Switching it up between yoga and cardio exercises has been great too. Next week, the peanut and I might try to add a little more strength training into the mix. You all are doing fantastic! Here's to the end of a wonderful first week and the beginning of an even better second week!

Day 9: 20 minute dog walk. 10 minute yoga. 30 minutes complete. Water met. The baby is telling me "Eat all the foods. Then take a nap." I had high hopes for this week, but it's turning into less exercise than last week. It's still meeting the challenge though, so hello self love! I moved today!0

I'm in. I started Turbo Jam/Brazil Butt Lift combo this week. Last week I started a running plan which is slow going ramping up but I got out there. I added the DVDs when the weather turned. 64 oz of water today, lunchtime 1/2 hour walk, Bum Bum Rapido and High and Tight I felt like more cardio was needed. Any recommendations for a quick 20 minute cardio to add on toning days when it's ugly out? Thanks!!!0

SherriSK: check out 10min exercise vids. there's probably some on youtube. you can probably just do 1 vid twice or 2 different ones.
