Looking for people to compete with. I am 26 started lifting and eating clean November 1st I have lost 30 lbs and got alot stronger .Anyone trying to do the same ?

I'd love to join you! I am 47, started lifting/training with a trainer in September. Started eating clean since then, and I'm pretty disciplined with my eating but sugar is my weakness and I need to re-start that now! I've lost 12 lbs., gained a good bit of strength, and look great (I weigh 118-119). I need someone to compete with!!0

I'm up for that, enough water, coffee, veggie drinks, laxatives and unnecessary carb depletion should see me pass that much weight by then.0 -
Good luck gaining muscle while losing 4 lbs a week. Recomp is much, much slower than that.0

Sounds good lets do it. And to the ones who say it don't work like that or a little negative. If you clean , low calorie , work hard and ALOT of protein it can be done I am doing it !0
