New Member wanting to lose fat and weight

Hello everyone. I'm an active person already. I lift weights, do a level of machine aerobics, and walk the beach. However, I need to lose some weight and want to lose a lot of fat as part of it. I workout at least 4 times a week, but need to boost my aerobic exercise now. I know my bigger issue is diet. I need to consume more protein and fewer carbs /fats. If anyone interested in an on-line workout and eating support buddy, please feel free to contact me.

    Hey Apetrille...I'll figure it out and add you. Yea, its kinda crazy for me. I have always worked out...more weights though than aerobic last 20 years. However, work and other took its toll. I workout quite a bit now, and don't eat all that badly, but I know my combo of protein, carbs, and fats are not right. I'm retired now so have absolutely no excuse. We'll chat.
