Maria it gets frustrating, but you have to keep your eye on the prize and be so happy you have ones that love you and help you stay motivatied!

I like Debbies idea too, I may have to do that myself!!!

Also- I've been there- I was 138 in December- down from 197 in 09

Oh Maria, that must be so frustrating. But just look how far you have come! Did you save a pair of "fat" pants? Go put them on and try running around the house and see if that doesn't cheer you up.

That's a fantastic idea, McDebbie!! Seriously, how could you NOT feel great after running around the house with your "fat" pants falling to your knees! Great motivator, IMO!! Maria, do that! And I'm simply a "plain Jane" when it comes to my personality - I just want to keep everyone as motivated as possible! Now hop to it and WIN that diet dew!!

Maria, after you put the pants on...stuff them to the brim with pillows and walk around for the rest of the day like that!!

Or put rolls of quarters or something heavy and equivelent in your pockets and then run around for an hour... when you take them off you may feel extra light??

I think we all are always gonna be jealous of the smaller numbers... i'm in the 150's now but 130's is where I need to be in order to be in the "healthy" range for my height and age.....uhg 20lbs to go!

Congrats Trent! I just calculated mine and I am still obese but soooo close! This site has so many great features... I am surprised they don't charge for it. (shush my mouth)
