How often should I weigh myself?
Is every 5 weeks okay?

    As frequently or infrequently as you want.

    Some of us weigh daily, others several times a week, some weekly or monthly or longer.

    Entirely up to you :)

    Your weight will fluctuate daily. If you think seeing these fluctuations would discourage you then 5 weeks might be a better choice for you. My own choice is every 1-2 weeks.

    Whatever works for you. But I prefer to weigh at around the same time every morning, and then track in MFP. It allows you to look back over the course of the year, and see trends, impacts of vacations, seasonal variations, etc.

    Basically whatever suits you! I weigh every week, anymore and I get frustrated that I don't see enough of a change.

    Agree with previous comments. As for me I weigh in daily because I feel that it is keeping me accountable. This is really a personal choice so you decide for yourself, there is no right and wrong with that.
