    Another good Weightless Tricep exercise are, Dips and Close-Handed (thumb tip to thumb tip) push-ups, just body weight.

    Finished!! Did it with a 5 lb kettle bell. Arms are definitely jello after today's and yesterday's (another topic's challenge) triceps challenges >.<.

    Did another 100 before bed last night for a total of 250 with a 5lb. weight. Next week instead of trying to do more reps I think I will up my weight to 8lbs.
