Back fat and booty:)

Hey, does anyone have and suggestions on how to get rid of lower back fat and to lift my but. Possibly make it looks more "appealing".

You can't spot reduce, the only thing you can do is lower your body fat. Eat in a deficit and add a progressive lifting program.

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce, if you eat at a deficit eventually the lower back fat will go away. As far as lifting your butt you should look into a weight training program like Strong Curves (I'm not affiliated with them, I just like the name!). Strong Curves is a weight training program that focuses on getting a better booty.0
