Hello, My name is Sheona. I have 4 beautiful children, the youngest being 2. I have gained and kept on 15 lbs with each child. I am now preparing to go back into the work force after a 3 year leave, and I would like to get back into shape to have better self-confidence out in the world. I have tried many different things over the years and so far I have not had any luck. I loose 3-6 lbs and gain it back the next month. I am joining today hoping that as my last hope that this site may help me to better motivate myself.

I just joined as well. I'm wanting to lose 18 lbs to start with & tone up. I'm 42, married, 3 kids (ages 21, 20 & 15). I'm an RN and work a desk job from home so I need to start some type of exercise as well. Good luck!

please don't advise people to drink that much water.
Drinking too much water CAN KILL YOU
You do not now if she's on medication, has heart, kidney or liver problems, hormone changes.
Even if she doesn't, consuming too much water can dilute the sodium & electrolytes in her blood, and KILL HER.
Per the Mayo Clinic
http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hyponatremia/basics/causes/con-20031445
In acute hyponatremia, sodium levels drop rapidly — resulting in potentially dangerous effects, such as rapid brain swelling, which can result in coma and death.
