I really like a piece of baked chicken, some veggies, and some brown rice all In a container! I make them up at the beginning of the week, and they are perfect. Each container totals to about 250 calories and is super filling!0

I like to use a lot of the recipes from the Skinnytaste website. I've made her several of her enchilada and soup recipes. Great to cook up on Sunday and split up into portions for the week. Many of her recipes can also be frozen.0

Check out Domestic Geek she has great weekly meal prep videos on YouTube. Also check out her sheet pan meal so simple and very little clean. She has an awesome YouTube channel.
