Maybe try adding some broth/stock and some other vegetables and seasonings to make it into a soup?
And/or some smoked sausage.0 -
Avocado makes anything better.0

I love avocado, but in this instance? Eww ::sick::0 -
Kale tastes like dirt. I can't handle it.0

I like the trying to make it into a soup idea.0

That sounds pretty good!0 -
try using as a topping in a chicken/steak wrap or something where the taste will be less noticeable.0

This is why I workout (everyday) so I can eat anything I want too...0

Agreed, plus if you puree it, the flavors you don't like will be less noticeable. Don't puree the smoked sausage - add it for flavor after the kale and beans are pureed.0 -
I can't do kale unless it's baby kale mixed in with other salad greens.
There are better tasting greens out there with more nutrients. It's not the best.
I don't know if you can save it. Personally I know I'd still taste it so I'd toss it and move on.0 -

kale comes straight from h**l.0

Ya, kale can taste grassy but shouldn't taste like dirt.0 -
I like kale and white beans... but not sure I could eat that. Needs something to break up the flavor.0

Garlic, onions, tomatoes help. You could also add a small amount of spicy sausage for a kick.0

That is an odd combination for sure. I would rework it into a soup, stir fry or something else. And never batch cook a recipe that you have not tried before, for exactly this reason.
What sounds good in theory or on paper is not always so good in reality.0 -
Couldn't you just process that and make a dip? Obviously it would need a few more ingredients.0
-
Tupperware that son of a gun and give it to me. I'll eat it.0
-
Absolutely turn it into soup! Look up recipes for minestrone and go from there.0
-
That's one of my absolute favorite dishes. Leave me room for drinking that night.0

Turning into soup sounds like the best plan. Though I recommend removing most of the kale, that stuff is vile. Note spinach and silver beet are so much nicer and don't belong in kale hell.0
-
Kale is tough. Adding water or vegetable broth might help.0
-
lolol. I think it looks good!
One night I decided to go on a kale kick so I made a crap ton of kale chips-I mean a lot. I woke up to discover I was allergic, at least to that much! Whoops.0 -

Mmm, yeah, kale-white bean hummus. Add olive oil, garlic, your favorite herbs (thyme or rosemary, I'm thinking), and puree into a dip.
But the soup idea is good too. With sausage. That's what I think of when I hear white beans and kale. Are you sure you cooked it enough, OP?0 -
