Do you guys sometimes go over 1200?
Depending on what goal you put in MFP, lose 1 lb/week, lose 2 lb/week... You have a calorie deficit built into your 1200 goal. If you go over your calories you could still be at a deficit and still lose.
Additionally, if you are exercising, you should be eating back at least a portion of your exercise calories which would put you over 1200.
Finally, not everyone needs to go as low as 1200 in order to lose. If you find it too restrictive, you may want to reassess your rate of loss goal, and up your calories in order to find a level that is sustainable for you.0 -

I aim for 1,000-1,200 Net calories. I typically eat around 1,300-1,400 calories though. If you're looking for buddies I'm more than willing0

Just started my 1200 calorie diet today. I over ate by 400 calories and felt hungry all day. Someone please help. What foods can I eat to keep me full?0

I'm on 1200 a day and am loosing about 0.5-0.7/week. I exercise about 15 hrs/ week and eat an extra 200-300 for my exercise.
I also invariably end up eating at maintenance 1/week to 10 days.
My tdee on average is 2000-2200 according to my Garmin. 2200 only happens on major exercise days. (Walking/lifting/golf)
I have 45 more to loose. It's slow for me but it's ok. Slow and steady wins the race.

Me to need di somthing about all this extra waight i am carrying around use to 9st b4 i got pregnant with my boy i over ate thought i cud get away with it and put 5stone on lost stone fell pregant with my girl and still 13stone feel ashamed of my self all my size 10 clothes sat in cubourd above my wardrobe will get bk in to them hate the way i look feel free to add me more support the better havent got no friends on ere yet0

Hi! Im 1200 calories and have an open diary.
I made some loaded sweet potatoes the other day. Were so delish! But i did set them and the oven on fire so i think i flame grolled at least 10 calories off!0 -
