Any Tips on Weight Loss Around the Tummy Area?

Hey guys, I'm new to this and my main area of concern is my mid section (lower abdomen in particular). Does anyone have any tips on food and/or exercises that really cut the fat in this area and help to tone it up? Thank you ☺️

While working your mid section can help improve muscle tone, the only way to reduce your abdomen is to reduce all over. There is no magic bullet to spot reduce, total body conditioning is the way to go.0
