Getting started on workingout along with Nutribullet Rx.

Hi I'm 24 just started getting concerned in my overall general health when the Doc said I had 2 sleep disorders bc of my not so healthy life style. Started with just drinking Nutribullet shakes about for a month and I've already lost 13lbs without doing excercies! Now I started to incorporate cardio, and strength training to my daily routine hopefully I can get to my goal of not just losing 65lbs but to actually gain muscle. Been working out now for 3 weeks and I have seen great improvements in my body. Would like to have ppl to join me so we can all motivate each other.

    Detox shake every morning helps your body start. Made a delicious Red beet detox shake love this sweet treat.
    1/2 Red Beet
    1 Celery stick
    1 orange
    1 tsp of lime juice
    2 tsp of Hempseed

    Don't let this green shake fool ya it's not all veggie. This awesome shake is packed with fiber, protein and vitamin C. It's supper yummy and sweet.
    1 cup of spinach
    5-8 prunes
    1 small orange
    1 tbsp of chia seeds
    1 cup of water
    And presto you got your self what I call a hidden delight.

    You are far more creative than I am! I drop any veggies and fruit in,and any combination of the following: protein powder, chia seeds, wheat germ, flax with water, soy or a whole juice as the liquid. I have at least one a day. I have been doing this for over a year now. I wish more people I know would replace a meal with this.

    Ikr?! It's like the best thing ever!!! Strongly recommend other to try it out it's not always nasty or boring to eat your veggies.

    This lil guy is a good power punch to your immune system and also helps jump start your metabolism. It's what I call my Mango Ambrosia!!! Enjoy!!!
