Totally, I went after a 60 year old lady yesterday on the lat pull down. Did 5 times as much as weight as her.
Looked at her and said "Boom!! Do you even lift, bro?" Then I let the weights drop, flexed my biceps at her and walked off.

Because the weather has turned chilly I can now wear a pair of leggings under my jeans to keep a little warmer. I've only lost 10lbs, but I was considering buying bigger jeans prior to losing, glad I didn't and saved my money0
